Hi there—I’m a journalist covering health and wellness news at Verywell Health.

I'm inspired by cross-disciplinary discoveries (kidney stones crystallize just like Yellowstone hot spring beds), how health care providers help patients muddle through the grey areas of genomics, the breakthrough drugs and devices that make us healthier, and the work to bring those tools to the people who need them most.

 

I built my foundation in researching and writing at Northwestern University, where I studied journalism and history.​​
